While Freedom Plaza is primarily a luxury retirement complex, there is a safety net of services and support offered through our comprehensive healthcare center including full personal care services, Alzheimer's Care, Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing services at Plaza West. Freedom Plaza residents have priority access to each level of healthcare offered.

Our Lifecare Guarantee to You
When you qualify, physically and financially for a Residency and Care Agreement with Freedom Plaza, you will pay an Entrance Fee which purchases Lifecare. Depending on the type of plan you select, the Entrance Fee may be totally refundable, in some cases with appreciation. However, regardless of which plan you select, no matter what happens to you, if you lose your financial assets, through no fault of your own, you will be cared for, for the rest of your life. In other words, you cannot outlive your assets.

Plaza West is a 113 bed, licensed and Medicare certified health care facility located right on Freedom Plaza's campus. Plaza West is staffed by trained, professional caretakers. Our comprehensive healthcare center includes a safety net of services and support; including full personal care services, Alzheimer's Care, Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing services. Freedom Plaza residents have priority access to each level of healthcare offered.
